Children’s content veteran Chris Rose joins agency Kitson Press Kids & Family

Former Paramount International exec Chris Rose has joined UK-based agency Kitson Press Kids & Family as creative and partnerships director.

Kitson Press represents screenwriters and directors across children’s and family media. Rose has joined the company on a part-time basis and will drive its creative strategy, develop partnerships with producers and platforms, and help expand opportunities for the writers and directors it represents.

With nearly 30 years’ experience in the kids and family content industry, Rose began his career at UK pubcaster the BBC in 1998, where he worked in the acquisitions teams for both CBBC and CBeebies.

After working at companies including HIT Entertainment, Australian pubcaster the ABC and Beano Studios, he then spent six years at Paramount International between 2018 and 2024, most recently as VP of production and development of kids and family.

In late 2024, Rose launched consultancy Creative Sprouts with Marion Edwards and Jodie Morris which he continues to run alongside undertaking his new role at Kitson Press.
