All operations undergo a quarterly audit, to ensure they are inclusive, representative, sustainable and promote a positive healthy agenda.

To consolidate and extend this mission C21 is set to launch The Big Picture Network (bigpicture.network) in 2021, an initiative to support positive change through and across the content business.

The foundation has four key areas of focus; inclusivity and diversity, sustainability, business practice and operations, and content and storytelling.

We incorporate all learning from the foundation into our own operations.
