Your own meeting table at Content London
A collection of dedicated meeting tables and bespoke areas with full-service catering for you to be sure to have somewhere to host your meetings across the three-day event.
The Battlebridge Room at Kings Place remains a dedicated Marketplace meeting area, with a lighter lunch available to delegates who take tables here.
Meeting tables can be booked in The Gas Station and The Gas Lighterman, both of which are a stone’s throw away from the main conference venue. New in 2023, we have also taken over the ground floor of The Standard for you to have a fourth venue to host your meetings.
Content London has taken over these venues across the event. Cocktail parties and dinners can also be booked at these venues. Tables on the first and second floor of The Lighterman and the first floor of The Gas Station include access to a buffet breakfast and lunch for you and your guests, eliminating the need to move between locations during the day. The lower floors of both venues are available without booking, but do not include complimentary food and drinks.
All Marketplace venues are open from 9am – 5pm.
As evening events and dinners are scheduled in these venues from 6pm, tables must be vacated by 5pm.

The Gas Station

New to King’s Cross in 2021, this venue sits directly opposite Kings Place, overlooking the picturesque Regent’s Canal. The botanical themed space offers an oasis of calm while serving up tasty modern classics with an emphasis on seafood and seasonal produce. Comprising two floors, The Gas Station also hosts a large heated terrace on the ground floor and heated balcony space on the first floor.

The Lighterman

Available for delegates: 9am – 5pm
A slick, minimalist, contemporary space; The Lighterman comprises three airy floors with floor to ceiling windows, wraparound terraces with scenic views of Regent’s Canal and classic gastropub fare. Book your table at The Lighterman to base yourself in the canalside heart of King’s Cross at Granary Square.
Walk-ins available on the ground floor. Book a table of 4 for 3 days including breakfast and lunch for only £1500 on the ground floor level!
To be on our top tier (1st floor) this will be £3000 including breakfast and lunch.

There are numerous meeting areas at Content London, ranging from delegate lounges, private rooms and company tables to informal seating over three levels at Kings Place and a heated outdoor space. Furthermore, this year we have taken over The Lighterman in addition to The Gas Station offering a two venue networking marketplace directly across the road from Kings Place. This amazing space with its floor to ceiling windows providing picturesque canal views, is designed over three floors, and also includes several large covered outside terraces with built in heating.
Lunch and refreshments will be available to all delegates at Kings Place. Some bookings for exclusive meeting space in the newly open Gas Station or picturesque Lighterman also include complimentary breakfast and lunch.
Registration takes place from 4pm on Monday November 28 at Kings Place, and opens at 8am on each following day of the event.
The sessions vary in length, full information can be found in the agenda tab once the agenda has been announced.
Select ‘Stream sessions’ on the ‘my Content London’ tab, enter your email, you will then be taken to the live streaming page and you can choose which session you would like to stream. All sessions will be available on demand after the event and as a delegate you will be notified as soon as they become available.
Yes, there is a large cloakroom at the conference level of Kings Place (Floor -2) and the Ground Floor at St Pancras (by the Grand Staircase).
All of the Content London official venues are for registered delegates only. Security will request to see your badge upon entrance, please keep this visible at all times.
Unfortunately we do not allow delegates to share passes as this is against our health and safety policy.
Refunds are not permitted inline with our terms and conditions of booking, however tickets may be transferred to a colleague or later event provided we have written notification in advance of 48 hours prior notice.
