TF1 adapts Jimmy Fallon and NBCU’s music competition format That’s My Jam

TF1 Productions and Universal Television Alternative Studio will adapt That’s My Jam for France

French commercial broadcaster TF1 has commissioned a local adaptation of NBC and Jimmy Fallon’s music competition series That’s My Jam.

The French adaptation will be produced by TF1 Productions and Universal Television Alternative Studio, a division of Universal Studio Group, with production set to start next year.

Originally produced by Universal Television Alternative Studio in association with Fallon’s production company Electric Hot Dog, That’s My Jam was first commissioned by US streaming service Peacock, where it will premiere on January 3.

Fallon and Jim Juvonen serve as executive producers, while Mike Yurchuk is showrunner and executive producer on the series, which is based on the musical segments of NBC’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

That’s My Jam is licensed by NBCUniversal Formats.
