Super Channel commissions 20-part docuseries on Royal Canadian Mounted Police 

RCMP Files is produced by Winnipeg-based Farpoint Films

Canadian pay-TV network Super Channel has commissioned a 20×60’ documentary series that goes behind the scenes of law enforcement agency the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).

The series, titled RCMP Files, is produced by Winnipeg-based Farpoint Films and features interviews with RCMP officers and specialists directly involved in the investigations. The project is informed by consultants including retired RCMP commissioner senator Beverley Busson and current commissioner Mike Duhme.

Production on the series has started in Winnipeg, with the docuseries expected to premiere on Super Channel and sister streamer Super Channel+ in 2027.

Farpoint Films is behind projects including Ghosts Off Grid, Quest for the Lost Vikings, UFO POV, One Way Mirror, Ancient Bodies: Secrets Revealed, Finding Diamonds, Alter Boys, The Swearing Jar, Ice Vikings, Room For Rent.
