Diana Unheard, a three-part docuseries about Princess Diana, leads London-based distributor Cineflix Rights’ slate for Mipcom in Cannes next week.

The 3×60′ docuseries comes from Love Monday TV and draws on hours of audio the princess recorded herself, which was smuggled out of Kensington Palace. The limited series will mark the 30th anniversary of her death next year.

Another headline doc on Cineflix Rights’ Mipcom slate is Senna: The Last Race (3×60′, C3 Media and Yap Films for Warner Bros Discovery in Latin America, SBS in Australia and Bell Media in Canada), which follows investigators seeking the truth behind the death of Formula 1 driver Ayrton Senna.

Michael Palin narrates Secrets of the Bayeux Tapestry (1×60′, Blast Films for the BBC in the UK), which follows the tapestry’s journey from Bayeux to London and goes behind the scenes on the preparation and conservation work involved.

Also in factual are World’s Most Scenic Lakes (5×60′, Britespark Films for Channel 4 and SBS) and Fred’s Ultimate Hotels (4×60′, Waddell Media for Channel 4 in the UK), in which hospitality expert Fred Sirieix stays at some of the world’s most extraordinary hotels as both guest and member of staff. Seen From Space (10×60′, Fight or Flight Studios) uses NASA imagery to explore landmarks and landscapes visible from orbit.

True-crime shows include Deadly Destinations (20×60′, WAM Media Group for Bell Media in Canada and AMC Global in the UK); Caught on Campus (20×30′, Law&Crime Productions for Law&Crime Network in the US); and season four of Border Security: America’s Front Line (20×30′, Entertainment One for Corus in Canada and Seven Network in Australia).

Cineflix Rights is also bringing new seasons of reality format Tempting Fortune, which has just premiered its third season in the UK and has been adapted in six territories. Alongside it are long-running brands Château DIY, A New Life in the Sun, Help! We Bought a Village and Richard Hammond’s Workshop.

On the scripted side, the slate is led by Anna Pigeon (10×60′, Cineflix, December Films and Seven24 Films for USA Network in association with Bell Media). The procedural crime drama is based on Nevada Barr’s novels and follows a former city slicker turned national park ranger who solves crimes.

Also on the scripted slate is season two of The Walsh Sisters (6×60′, Cuba Pictures and Metropolitan Pictures for RTÉ in Ireland and the BBC). The series is based on Marian Keyes’s bestselling novels about five sisters and their family in Dublin.
