Fremantle elevates Jimmy Fox to president, content and strategy in expanded role

In the expanded role, the seasoned executive will oversee both traditional development and strategic business initiatives.

Reporting directly to CEO Jennifer Mullin, Fox’s broadened creative mandate is designed to help accelerate Fremantle’s evolution across new forms of content, innovative partnerships and emerging growth opportunities.

Fox is a three-time Emmy Award–winning producer whose career spans genres including documentary, competition and game formats, drama, comedy and podcasts.

He joined Fremantle in 2024 as exec VP of unscripted development and sales and has overseen Netflix docufilm Evil Infuencer, ABC’s new version of Match Game, hosted by Martin Short, and Win the Mall, for Netlix.

Mullin said: “Since joining the company, Jimmy has been an instrumental leader across both our creative and business efforts, consistently demonstrating an ability to identify opportunities and turn them into results.

“From launching standout projects to forging key partnerships, his impact has been felt across the organisation, and I am delighted to see him step into this expanded role.”
