Discovery US fixed up with BBC craft series The Repair Shop for linear and SVoD

The Repair Shop made its debut in 2017 on BBC Two

Discovery in the US has acquired the BBC’s factual entertainment series The Repair Shop for its flagship linear network and SVoD service Discovery+.

Seasons one to three of the craft show will be made available on the streamer, while season four will premiere later in December on linear.

Produced by Warner Bros’ Ricochet and distributed by Warner Bros International Television Production, the series sees family heirlooms and treasured antiques restored to their former glory.

The Repair Shop was originally commissioned by BBC Two in 2017 before it was promoted to the primetime slot on BBC One two years later.
