DeAPlaneta Entertainment wins global rights to SAMG toon Superdino

Preschool series Superdino from SAMG Entertainment

Spanish producer and distributor DeAPlaneta Entertainment has picked up the global distribution rights to 3D-animated preschool series Superdino.

Produced by South Korea’s SAMG Entertainment, Superdino (52×11’) follows the adventures of a dinosaur rescue team responsible for rescuing endangered dinosaurs on their secret island.

DeAPlaneta has already closed its first deal in Spain and is in talks with US and Latin American channels. It plans to expand the series into key territories including Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.

Superdino’s launch will be accompanied by a licensing and merchandising strategy as part of its global expansion.
