Netflix is following veteran NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers’ latest comeback from injury in a new docuseries.

Aaron Rodgers: Enigma will follow the 40-year-old’s comeback from an Achilles rupture with the New York Jets, which started with a heavy defeat to the 49ers on Monday night.

The 3×60’ series will also look at Rodgers’ often controversial life and career which have made him a household name on and off the field.

Premiering on December 17, the doc is produced for Netflix by Religion of Sports, Skydance Sports and NFL Films

Religion of Sports have produced projects for Netflix including: Simone Biles Rising and McGregor Forever. Skydance Sports and NFL Films are also working with Netflix on an already-announced forthcoming, 10-part documentary series that tells the definitive story of Jerry Jones and his unique journey in transforming the Cowboys franchise.

Elsewhere, Netflix has renewed its fly-on-the-wall golf ride-along Full Swing for a third season produced by Pro Shop Studios, Box to Box Films and Vox Media Studios.
