MBC streamer Shahid signs content deal with e& Egypt

Representatives from the two companies put pen to paper on the deal

NEWS BRIEF: MBC Group in the MENA region has signed a streaming deal with Egyptian telecoms company e& Egypt, through which the latter will get content from MBC’s streamer Shahid.

Under the agreement, e& Egypt customers will get access to Shahid’s entire content library, which includes scripted and unscripted series, movies, sports and kids’ shows. Recent series to land on Shahid include Arabic adaptations of Japanese drama Mother and K-drama Autumn in My Heart.
