Kaito Entertainment adds to kids’ slate and reveals worldwide sales

Lazy Sunday toon Beep Boop

Sales house Kaito Entertainment has acquired the worldwide distribution rights to preschool animated series Tea Town Teddy Bears and non-dialogue comedy Beep Boop.

The former is produced by Wisteria Productions and follows a lovable community of teddy bears living in the whimsical world of Tea Town. Beep Boop comes from Irish prodco Lazy Sunday and is about tiny sentient vending machine toys exploring a vast, bustling Tokyo.

Kaito also revealed recent sales of kids’ titles including Tulipop Tales, acquired by ABS-CBN (Philippines), Sandbox Kids (global), Mercury TV (US) and HRT (Croatia).

Buyers for Monchhichi, meanwhile, included Amazon Prime Direct (USA), Cycle Kids (US, Canada, Australia and UK), Future Today (US), BR360 (US), Mercury TV (US), Mevee (global), sub-distributing for France’s Moonkeys.

Finally, Baby Einstein was picked up by Sandbox (Brazil), Mercury TV, MeeVee and Linguana (South Korea).
