NEWS BRIEF: Fox Entertainment has renewed culinary series Next Level Chef, produced by Fox Alternative Entertainment and Studio Ramsay Global, for a second season.

The series, which is the first to emerge from Fox and Gordon Ramsay’s jointly owned prodco, sees mentor and executive producer Ramsay hunt for the world’s next culinary superstar. It is the highest-rated entertainment series on US television this season, according to Fox.
