ABC in Oz picks up Banijay Rights’ drama package

Welsh crime drama The One That Got Away

NEWS BRIEF: Australian public broadcaster the ABC has picked up a slate of scripted content from UK-based distributor Banijay Rights.

The agreement comprises Welsh crime drama The One That Got Away which originally aired on S4C, family saga The Hardacres which was produced by Playground for Channel 5, BlackLight TV’s modern re-imagining of detective series Bergerac, the forthcoming tenth season of ITV period drama Grantchester as well as documentary series Picasso produced by Minnow Films for BBC Two.
