WildBrain Spark’s Teletubbies, Let’s Go!

Canadian kids and family entertainment company WildBrain is launching a CG-animated preschool spin-off to hit children’s series Teletubbies.

Teletubbies, Let’s Go! (52×5’) is being produced by WildBrain Spark’s digital studio and will launch on the official Teletubbies YouTube channel at the end of October, with new episodes appearing weekly.

WildBrain is also producing a live-action reboot of the original Teletubbies series, which launches on Netflix in November.

Elsewhere, WildBrain’s animated kids’ series Strawberry Shortcake: Berry in the Big City has been greenlit for a third 40×4’ season. Produced by WildBrain’s Vancouver studio, it will launch on WildBrain Spark’s official Strawberry Shortcake YouTube channel in summer 2023.

Strawberry Shortcake: Berry in the Big City is set for a third season

Season two of Strawberry Shortcake: Berry in the Big City debuts on Netflix next week, following the S1 launch earlier this year. The first two seasons have also been acquired recently by WildBrain’s French-Canadian channel Télémagino, Kids Central in the US and Sandbox Kids in the UK, Ireland, US, Canada, France and Ukraine.

S1 has recently been picked up by Club Illico in Canada and Rik in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

Meanwhile, Hop! Channel in Israel has acquired WildBrain’s CG-animated In the Night Garden: Zinkyzzzonk Specials (6×15’), a spin-off to hit series In the Night Garden and the first new content for the brand to be produced in 13 years. WildBrain’s Vancouver studio is producing.
