Samsung TV Plus preps NCIS: New Orleans FAST channel

NEWS BRIEF: FAST service Samsung TV Plus has acquired NCIS: New Orleans and will roll out a channel dedicated to the show in the DACH region on August 12.

Viewers in Germany, Switzerland and Austria will be able to view back-to-back episodes of the show, which originally ran for seven seasons on CBS in the US. Starring Scott Bakula (Quantum Leap), it sees agents tackle high-stakes crime cases in Louisiana. The deal was brokered by Pauline Coghlan, European licensing lead at Samsung TV Plus.
