ReelShort, Wattpad line up two more vertical dramas

Just One Kiss

NEWS BRIEF: Vertical streaming platform ReelShort is continuing its relationship with global webnovel platform Wattpad by adapting two more of the latter’s stories into live-action vertical drama series.

The next release in the companies’ partnership is an adaptation of Worth the Chase, written by FleurnJardin, set to launch later this month, followed by Annica Dahl’s Taming The Playboy Boss, which will premiere in early 2027. The collaboration kicked off with Emily Jean’s Wattpad hit Just One Kiss, which premiered on ReelShort in September, and has surpassed 30 million views, according to Wattpad.
