Peacock, HBO Max, Discovery among latest platforms to pick up Oddbods, Insectibles

NBCUniversal-owned streamer Peacock, WarnerMedia’s HBO Max and Discovery’s VoD services are among the latest platforms to have picked up kids’ animated series Oddbods and comedy adventure show Insectibles from Singapore-based One Animation.

Peacock in the US has acquired 20 half-hour compilations of the shortform version of Oddbods and season one of Insectibles, while HBO Max in Latin America has picked up season three of the longform version of Oddbods and a 1×22’ seasonal special. Both titles are also available on WarnerMedia’s channels Cartoon Network and Boomerang.

Discovery, meanwhile, has acquired season two of the shortform version of Oddbods and renewed its deal for the shortform version of season one for its VoD services in the UK.

Elsewhere, Ketchup TV has picked up season one of the longform version of Oddbods in addition to themed compilations for its platforms in the US, UK and Australia.

The longform version of Oddbods seasons one and two, as well as themed compilations, are also now available on Amazon Prime in new territories including France, Japan and Latin America.

Finally, Indonesian digital content distributor Migo has taken Oddbods shortform compilations (81×5’) for its SVoD content delivery network via Migo Download Stations hosted at local retail locations.
