NEWS BRIEF: Australia’s Nine Network has commissioned a second season of reality series For the Love of Pets, from producers Context Media.

The eight-part second season follows a cast of animal rescuers and veterinary staff at RSPCA Qld and Queensland Veterinary Services/Pet Emergency. Season two has been financed by Omnicom Media Group subsidiary OMnet Australia for the Nine Network and is executive produced by Context Media’s Peter Jenetsky and Tim Clucas, in addition to series producer Ian Withnall.
