Media Ranch signs with talent agency ICM

Montreal-based format production and distribution company Media Ranch has signed with talent agency ICM Partners for US representation.

Media Ranch was established in 2008 by founder, president and executive producer Sophie Ferron as a producer and international distributor of unscripted formats in Canada.

Its portfolio includes entertainment gameshow Watch!, which is produced by Media Ranch itself, and third-party formats such as Danish broadcaster DR’s Judge for One Day and Comedy on the Edge.

Media Ranch said the ICM partnership will help it continue to strengthen its presence in the US as it expands further into the country.

The company recently reached an agreement with Banijay-owned Bunim Murray Productions to shop the Watch! format in the US.
