ITV orders seventh run of detective series Grace

NEWS BRIEF: UK commercial broadcaster ITV is returning to its detective series Grace for a seventh season and four stand-alone films, produced by ITV Studios’ Tall Story Pictures, and Vaudeville Productions.

The Brighton-set drama will return next year to answer questions left hanging after season six’s finale. John Simm reprises his role as Detective Superintendent Roy Grace, alongside co-stars Richie Campbell and Zoë Tapper. The series was commissioned by head of drama Polly Hill and is distributed internationally by ITV Studios.
