NEWS BRIEF: Disney-owned US streamer Hulu has cancelled live-action/animation hybrid comedy series Woke after two seasons.

The show, inspired by the life of artist Keith Knight, debuted on Hulu in the US in September 2020 and is a coproduction between Sony Pictures Television and ABC Signature. Star Lamorne Morris confirmed the show’s cancellation on social media after its recent second-season finale.
