Holly Hobbie joins Disney Channel Lat Am

Canadian music-driven show Holly Hobbie

Disney Channel in Latin America has acquired live-action children’s series Holly Hobbie from Spiral International.

A modern-day revival of the 1960s girls’ character brand, Holly Hobbie is a music-driven series produced by the brand’s owner, Cloudco Entertainment, and Aircraft Pictures in association with Wexworks Media.

Holly Hobbie comprises two seasons of 10 episodes each and follows a 13-year-old aspiring singer-songwriter who dreams about saving the world. The original pop songs from the series are distributed by Warner Music.

Holly Hobbie debuted on Hulu in the US in 2018.
