Hey Duggee heads up BBC Studios kids’ content deal with Singapore’s Mediacorp

Hey Duggee, part of a package of children’s entertainment bought by Mediacorp

Singapore pubcaster Mediacorp has acquired over 150 hours of children’s content from BBC Studios, including episodes of Hey Duggee.

In what marks BBC Studios’ largest kids programming deal in Singapore to date, the package of content will be available from October 1 on Mediacorp’s children’s strand Okto on 5 and via on-demand streamer mewatch.

It includes Hey Duggee (S2-3), Andy’s Global Adventures, Go Jetters (S2-3), Jo Jo & Gran Gran (S1-3), Sarah & Duck (S1-2), Supertato (S1), Yakka Dee (S1-2) and Nelly and Nora.

The deal builds on BBC Studios’ existing multi-genre content partnership with Mediacorp that includes natural history landmark titles, lifestyle and entertainment shows.
