Toronto-based distribution company Syndicado has picked up the digital sales rights in English-speaking territories to more than 300 hours of programming from UK-based TVF International.

The agreement, which covers digital, home video and educational rights, includes Weird Britain, Satanic Panic, Winter Road Warriors and Supermodel Me among several other factual and entertainment shows.

The pact was negotiated by TVF International’s head of business affairs Alex Shawcross and Syndicado’s director of acquisitions Selin Kilic.

“From British heritage and unusual stories to fashion competition, this package gives us a terrific range of programming for our digital audience base,” said Syndicado president and founder Greg Rubidge.

“We’re looking forward to broadening its reach through new audiences and platforms across several of the major VOD and [educational] markets.”

Shawcross added: “Syndicado’s experience in English-speaking markets makes the company a strong partner for this collection. Greg and his team understand how to find fresh opportunities for programming across a changing distribution landscape. We’re delighted to work together to bring these titles to more viewers and platforms.”
