Dutch format specialist Talpa Studios ups distribution exec Marina Chikalovets to VP sales

Marina Chikalovets has been promoted to the role of vice president of format sales at Netherlands-headquartered unscripted format creator Talpa Studios (The Floor).

The executive has been with Laren-based Talpa for three years and is upped from her previous position as format sales manager.

Chikalovets has a background in format production and format acquisitions for various platforms and broadcasters in Ukraine, such as StarLight Media Group and 1+1.

Founded by John de Mol, Talpa’s catalogue includes unscripted hits such as Marble Mania, Most Wanted and Play Ball.
