Steve Backshall fronts Ice Age: A Frozen World

NEWS BRIEF: ViacomCBS-owned broadcaster Channel 5 in the UK has commissioned a three-part documentary series that tells the story of the ice age.

Ice Age: A Frozen World (3×60’), fronted by naturalist and explorer Steve Backshall, wildlife presenter Michaela Strachan and geologist Chris Jackson, is produced by October Films and Krempelwood. Executive produced by Adam Bullimore, Mike Warner and Blair Krempel, the series was ordered by C5 commissioning editor Denise Seneviratne.
