Bruckheimer plays Hopscotch with ABC

Hollywood überproducer Jerry Bruckheimer is growing his presence at US network ABC with a new police procedural drama.

Following on from the Bruckheimer-produced ABC freshman drama The Forgotten, he has been handed a pilot commitment for high-concept crime series Hopscotch, according to reports.

The pilot will be produced by Bruckheimer TV and Warner Bros TV, and will tell the stories of homicide investigations over several non-consecutive days, with each act of an episode chronicling a different day.
