Blue Ant makes Tralala sales and readies biggest ever Mipcom slate

The BBC’s preschool channel CBeebies, ABC in Australia, Sweden’s SVT and Finland’s YLE have all acquired animated kids’ show Tralala.

The 52×7’ series, produced by Blue Ant Studios and Stretchy for CBC and Sky New Zealand, follows a young frog whose everyday life with her dad, Sid, inspires whimsical adventures, imaginative play and original songs.

The sales were announced by Canada-based Blue Ant Media, which has also unveiled its biggest ever slate of kids, family and young-adult content for Mipcom next week.

Joining Tralala is Flower & Flour (39×7’), Little Margo Stories (50×3’, plus specials), BeddyByes (52×11’), The Day You Begin (1×45’), BooSnoo! season four (25×7’), All-Round Champion S7 (10×60’) and Old Enough! S3 (8×30’).
