All3Media Int’l hires former ITV Studios Australia exec Micah Hewson for new VP sales role

Micah Hewson, the former head of development at ITV Studios Australia, has joined All3Media International in the newly created role of VP sales for Australia & New Zealand.

Based in Sydney, Hewson will report to All3 Media’s  exec VP of Asia-Pacific Sabrina Duguet and senior VP of ANZ, Julie Dowding as the distributor continues its  expansion plans.

Hewson served at ITV Studios for 14 years and was appointed head of commercial development in 2014 with credits including The Chase Australia, I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, Love Island Australia, My Kitchen Rules, Alone, Australia Behind Bars and Celebrity Letters & Numbers.Prior to ITV he was executive producer & development lead at Endemol Australia (Southern Star), where he developed and produced the first six seasons of Big Brother Australia along with Fear Factor, Ready Steady Cook, Real Prison Breaks for ITV in the UK and The Kylie Interview for Sky 1. He has also worked for the Television Shopping Network (TVSN) and Granada Media

The newly created position will include negotiating broadcast and digital rights deals for All3Media International’s multi-genre portfolio of finished programmes and formats, as well as relicensing strategies.
