Former Netflix exec Damla Dogan takes charge of unscripted at Paramount+

Skydance has appointed former Netflix executive Damla Dogan to oversee reality programming at Paramount+ in the new role of head of unscripted.

Dogan, who had been consulting for Paramount+, will report to Sarah Aubrey, head of US and international originals for both HBO Max and Paramount+.

Dogan has been involved in previously greenlit Paramount+ series including Kinetic Content-produced relationship series Making Love and Team Moms from ITV America and Skydance Sports.

Prior to that, she spent more than a decade at E! Entertainment Television in several roles including senior VP of development and programming.
