ODMedia will handle content preparation, delivery and monetisation across subscription, advertising-supported and free ad-supported streaming services. The first titles are expected to go live later this year. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The library spans eight decades, from 1940s classics to releases from 2025. Genres include action, horror, western, thriller, crime, science fiction and martial arts, alongside documentaries on history, paranormal subjects and social issues.

Vaultline was founded by Robert Gekchyan, founder and CEO of Generate Media, and Fred Handsman, formerly senior VP of strategic planning and business development at Vubiquity. The two previously worked together at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group.

Vaultline’s activities include catalogue representation for rights holders and content licensing across territories. Beyond the film library, its catalogue includes more than 800 wrestling and combat sports titles, more than 500 digital creator channels and factual programming covering history, true crime, science and travel.

“Vaultline’s diverse catalogue gives us more to offer our platform partners,” said Emma Geelen, CEO of ODMedia.

Gekchyan added the deal is intended to bring the services together. “Working with ODMedia brings content preparation, delivery and monetisation together, helping us take this film library to platforms and audiences worldwide,” he said.
