Hulu climbs Tree Fu Tom

Blue Zoo Animation’s Tree Fu Tom

US SVoD firm Hulu has acquired the exclusive streaming rights to action-adventure series Tree Fu Tom from FremantleMedia Kids & Family.

All three seasons of the preschool show, which combines action, fantasy and magic with interactive physical activity, will be made available to Hulu subscribers in the US.

The deal, instigated by Joss Duffield, VP of distribution international at FremantleMedia Kids & Family, follows Tree Fu Tom being made available in 120 territories around the world.

Tree Fu Tom is a coproduction between FremantleMedia Kids & Family and the BBC for CBeebies, with animation by UK-based Blue Zoo Animation.
