Falco took the top job at Univision in 2011, replacing Joe Uva, and has guided the company “through a period of exceptional growth and innovation,” according to its chairman, Haim Saban.

With content hubs in Miami, New York and Los Angeles, Univision currently operates 16 broadcast, cable and digital networks; 61 television stations; 67 radio stations; and a range of online and mobile apps and products.

Falco joined Univision as chief operating officer and executive VP in January 2011, having previously been chairman and CEO of AOL and president and chief operating officer of NBC Universal Television Group.
