Euro VoD makes Splash with kids’ shows

VoD operators in Europe have acquired various animated titles, including Chloe’s Closet and Dive Olly Dive, from LA-based Splash Entertainment.

Urania, a VoD service for children in the Czech Republic, has picked up the first seasons of Chloe’s Closet (52×11′) Dive Olly Dive, (52×11′) and Gasp (26×30′).

Splash has also done a deal for these titles with VoD content provider Mobibase, whose clients include AiwaGulf & Universal Watch in Kuwait, Neomobile in France, TMT Connekt in the United Arab Emirates and WatchAfrica.

Other series acquired in the deal include Cosmic Quantum Ray (26×30′), Growing Up Creepie (26×30′), I Got a Rocket (26×30′), Mixmaster: King of Cards (39×30′) and Pet Alien (26×30′).

Elsewhere, US streaming service Hulu, which already has rights to episodes of Hero: 108, Dive Olly Dive and The DaVincibles, is adding additional, unspecified animated titles from Splash to its library.
