Celestial partners in Filipino film net

NEWS BRIEF: Pan-Asian channels operator Celestial Tiger Entertainment (CTE) has partnered with DTH satellite provider Cignal TV to launch a movie channel in the Philippines.

Celestial Movies Pinoy will be the first fully localised Chinese movie channel in the country, according to CTE, which has also partnered with entertainment company Viva Communication for the launch, due next year.
