The Amazing World of Gumball

Cartoon Network in the UK has launched a web-based competition that gives young viewers the chance to see their work air on the channel.

The Cartoon Network Imagination Studios (CNIS) Awards will see kids aged 6-12 submit characters, stories, short films and animations to a panel of judges, who will choose the best three to air on the channel.

The competition is linked to CNIS, the recently launched online destination that lets kids see what goes into the making of cartoons such as The Amazing World of Gumball.
