Big Coat pockets new exec

NEWS BRIEF: Canadian indie Big Coat Productions has hired a former Corus Entertainment exec as its new head of production and development.

Effective immediately, Lisa Kerr (Property Virgins, Dirty Business) will oversee Big Coat’s current development slate, as well as production of future series, pilots and documentaries.
