My Greatest Dishes will feature 20 well-known chefs

My Greatest Dishes (20×30’) will begin airing this summer having been commissioned by UKTV’s commissioning editor Kirsty Hanson, with head of factual Hilary Rosen, and ordered by Good Food channel director Vicky Walker.

The series, in which 20 chefs pick the four most important dishes that have influenced their lives, is produced by Sidney Street Productions and will be distributed by Endemol Shine.

It will feature chefs such as Prue Leith, Tom Kerridge, Monica Galetti, Michel Roux Jr, Giorgio Locatelli and Angela Hartnett.

Hanson, who also executive produces, said: “My Greatest Dishes has managed to secure a stellar line-up with some of the worlds most celebrated chefs in which they share personal stories behind the four dishes that have made them who they are today – it is a food lover’s heaven!”
