Starz generates more Power

US cablenet Starz has extended Power, its crime drama series produced by rapper Curtis ‘50 Cent’ Jackson, into a third season.

The show, which debuted in 2014, follows a wealthy nightclub owner who caters to New York City’s elite while leading a double life in the NYC drugs trade. Jackson performs the series’ theme song and also appears in a supporting role.

The show has already been picked up by SkyGo as well as Sony Pictures Television-owned AXN Germany, where it is also available on mobile services such as Select Video by Kabel Deutschland.
