Producer: Brown Bob Productions

Genres: Documentary, Factual

10 x 60’

Railway historian Tim Dunn once again teams up with the London Transport Museum’s Siddy Holloway to explore more parts of London’s tube network. Together, they visit abandoned stations so secret that most Londoners have no idea they exist. In more well-known stations, they explore disused tunnels right under passengers’ noses.

And then there are the places you’ll be stunned to discover are part of the tube system, including a station in a countryside back garden! Whether they’re poking around bustling Kings Cross or the ghost station of Brompton Road, Tim and Siddy delve into the fascinating histories of every location they visit. Privileged access also allows them to learn how the modern underground functions: witnessing the digging of London’s newest tube tunnel first-hand; exploring new Elizabeth line stations before they open; and visiting a power station’s turbine hall that functions as a back-up generator for the entire system.
