THE C21 INTERVIEW: Anne Bjørnstad, co-creator of Norwegian drama Lilyhammer, tells C21 how the NRK series came about and what the Netflix deal means for Scandi drama.
Bjørnstad also says how the US showrunner production model is the envy of Norwegian producers but "it would be impossible to implement in Europe." NRK, Netflix and Rubicon TV are currently producing a second season of Lilyhammer.
