Oliver warms up C4 family cooking show

Jamie: Keep Cooking Family Favourites will be shot at the chef’s home

UK broadcaster Channel 4 has ordered a new culinary series from celebrity chef Jamie Oliver titled Jamie: Keep Cooking Family Favourites.

The 8×30’ series will see the TV chef create simple, affordable meals taking inspiration from the average weekly shopping basket.

The series includes recipes from the chef’s latest book 7 Ways, said to be the first book inspired by real data on what people buy each week.

Jamie: Keep Cooking Family Favourites is filmed entirely in Oliver’s own home and is due to air on the broadcaster this August.

The new series follows Jamie: Keep Cooking & Carry On, a series created as a direct response to lockdown, when more people were cooking at home and looking for flexible food inspiration.

Jamie: Keep Cooking Family Favourites will be distributed internationally by Fremantle. Samantha Beddoes is executive producer with Katie Millard serving as series producer.
