Ze Network is an upcoming German action-comedy that sees Knight Rider and Baywatch star David Hasselfoff play a version of himself in a story about a theatre play that plunges him into the centre of an international conspiracy.

The series, from CBS Studios and Dogs of Berlin maker Syrreal Entertainment, was the brainchild of the latter’s Christian Alvart, who alongside fellow producer Sigi Kamml joined Hasselhoff at C21’s Content London.

The trio spoke to Emma Cox about the show, which is due to debut on RTL SVoD platform TVNow this autumn.
