TLC orders Swinger Wives

Discovery Networks International’s female skewing cablenet TLC has ordered a new pilot on wife swapping couples in Atlanta.

Swinger Wives will be available selected TLC channels internationally, shining light on four typical American couples who lead double lives as swingers.

The show will focus on the couples’ attempts to keep their secret hidden from family, friends and co-workers and the struggles they confront in their relationships.

Swinger Wives is a Red Line Films production for TLC international – no air date has yet been set.

In the US, TLC is also preparing to air four new episodes of Toddlers and Tiaras, starting this week.

The popular lifestyle series on child beauty pageant participants is due to return for a full run in December but TLC says due to popular demand it will air four new episodes starting tomorrow at 22.00 (ET).

Toddlers and Tiaras is produced by Authentic Entertainment.
