Netflix, BBCS, SBS, Mediawan, PCCW, Mongol HD pick Bomanbridge shows at ATF

SBS, Mediawan and PCCW have acquired Creators Lab’s Chefs Uncut

Netflix in Asia, BBC Studios Asia, SBS in Australia, France’s Mediawan, Hong Kong’s PCCW and Mongol HD in Mongolia and have picked up a variety of series from Singapore’s Bomanbridge Media at the Asia TV Forum & Market (ATF) this week.

Netflix Southeast Asia has acquired two Thai remakes of Korean originals: time-travelling crime thriller 23:23 (16×60’) and My Sassy Girl (16×60’), from Thai True Digital Group and True Visions Group respectively.

SBS, Mediawan and PCCW have acquired new food docuseries Chefs Uncut (6×30’), from Singapore’s Creators Lab, which Netflix Southeast Asia previously picked up for launch in the first quarter of 2024.

BBC Studios Asia has bought Billionaire Resorts (6×60’) produced by Rumpus Media for Channel 5 in the UK.

Mongol HD, meanwhile, has acquired TV Prisoner No 1 (64×60’), The Baker & The Beauty (26×60’), The Brave (13×60’), Deep Crime Unit (10×60’), Blue Moon (30×60’) and The A Word (18×60’), the UK adaptation of Israeli series Yellow Peppers, through Bomanbridge’s collaboration with Keshet International.
