Michael Beck

Vanderpump Rules showrunner Michael Beck has been named senior VP of programming at LA-based production company 32 Flavors.

In the new role, Beck will help oversee the programming slate across 32 Flavors, which is led by Alex Baskin and was acquired by Sony Pictures Television earlier this year.

In addition, Jessica Snavely has been promoted to VP of production and operations. She will oversee production strategy and day-to-day operations in unscripted, as well as the company’s expansion into scripted programming, podcasts and other mediums.

Both Beck and Snavely will report to CEO and founder Baskin.

Beck has served as the showrunner on Vanderpump Rules, Vanderpump Rules: Lisa Las Vegas and Still Flipping Out, all of which were produced by 32 Flavors. His other credits include Southern Hospitality, Married to Medicine, Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles: Josh & Josh and several instalments of the Real Housewives.

Snavely has been with 32 Flavors since 2024 and before that spent more than a decade at Evolution Media. She has worked on shows including Shut Up Evan, The Valley, The Real Housewives of Orange County and The Valley: Persian Style since joining 32 Flavors.

” As we continue to grow our business, [Beck and Snavely’s] complementary strengths in creative leadership and operational excellence will be invaluable. Together, they bring the vision, experience, and leadership that will help shape the next chapter of 32 Flavors,” said Baskin.
