Meghan & Harry’s Oprah interview travels

Network 10 in Australia and Germany’s RTL are among broadcasters around the world to have acquired Oprah With Meghan & Harry, the new Oprah Winfrey interview with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Produced by Winfrey’s prodco Harpo Productions, the two-hour special is scheduled to premiere this Sunday on US network CBS.

In addition to Network 10 and RTL, the interview has been picked up by M-Net in sub-Saharan Africa, VRT in Belgium, Global TV in Canada, RTL in Croatia and Siminn in Iceland.

It has also been taken by Ireland’s RTÉ, Israel’s YesDocu, Sky in Italy, Net5 in the Netherlands, Discovery NZ/Three in New Zealand, TV3 and Viafree in Denmark, Sweden and Norway, SRF in Switzerland and ITV in the UK.

Oprah With Meghan & Harry sees the talkshow host speak to the Duchess of Sussex in a wide-ranging interview covering everything from stepping into life as a royal, marriage, motherhood and philanthropic work, to how she is handling life under intense public pressure.

Prince Harry will join the interview later and speak about the couple’s move to the US, as well as their future hopes for their family.

The special is executive produced by Terry Wood and Tara Montgomery, with Brian Piotrowicz serving as co-exec producer. ViacomCBS Global Distribution Group is distributing the show internationally.
