Tucker already serves as a board member of Left Bank and in her new role will lead all financial reporting and operational functions across the company.

Goldberg, who has overseen business affairs at Left Bank for the past 16 years, now takes on the role of chief commercial officer.

He will work with CEO Charlotte Moore and the senior leadership team to shape the company’s long-term commercial strategy, partnerships and growth opportunities.

Moore said: “As we continue to build on Left Bank’s success and look ahead to our next chapter of growth, I’m delighted to further strengthen our senior leadership team. Charlie has been instrumental to the success of the business over many years, and his expanded role will enable him to play an even greater part in shaping our commercial strategy and future opportunities.

“At the same time, Caroline brings exceptional financial, operational and strategic expertise, along with a deep understanding of both Left Bank and the wider Sony business. Together, Charlie and Caroline will be key partners to me and the leadership team as we continue to grow the company and build on our reputation for creating outstanding television.”
