Jenkins reunites with Jay-Staglik

Jeff Jenkins Productions (JJP), part of LA-based 3 Ball Media Group (3BMG), has hired veteran producer, showrunner and development executive Russell Jay-Staglik.

Jay-Staglik brings more than 20 years of unscripted experience to JJP, including a long track record with celebrity-driven docuseries.

As senior VP of development and current programming, he will report to JJP president Jeff Jenkins, marking a reunion for the two.

Jay-Staglik and Jenkins previously worked together at Bunim/Murray Productions, where Jenkins was co-president prior to his departure to launch JJP in 2018.

Jay-Staglik was previously VP of current and development at Bunim/Murray Productions, where he served as both producer and showrunner on reality shows including The Challenge (MTV), Keeping Up with the Kardashians and spin-offs Kourtney & Kim Take New York and Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami (E!), as well as Mariah’s World (E!) and The Simple Life (Fox).

Additionally, he oversaw the development and production of E! show Total Divas, then developed and sold its spin-offs, Total Bellas (E!) and Miz & Mrs (USA). He also developed Facebook Watch’s recent series House of Creators.

JJP’s current projects include Netflix shows Bling Empire, which is returning for a second season, and My Unorthodox Life, plus Facebook Watch’s Unfiltered: Paris Jackson & Gabriel Glenn.
